Darjeeling, Gangtok, and Lachen are the Hills station in the North East. These Victorian towns are a famous hill station of India known for its snow-capped mountains, picturesque landscapes, Buddhist monasteries, and tea gardens, backdrop of Mt. Itinerary
Day 01
Upon arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. Have the evening to yourself. Check out your beautiful surroundings, have a fine romantic meal at a cozy little cafe and try local North-Eastern cuisines, take a stroll amidst the tingling mountain air, hand in hand, or simply relax in the cool environment. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.
Day 02
Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir. Drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 Kms one way from Gangtok city. By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)
Day 03
Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Gangtok. Today you will be taking Lachen. Proceed for your Lachen tour. En route, visit the Singhik Viewpoint and gape in wonder at the magnificent views of Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu with the pretty Teesta River gushing by underneath. Next on your tour to Lachen, take a rousing dip in the scintillating Seven Sisters Waterfall and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Naga Waterfall that lies on the way to Lachen. Reach in Lachen, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Lachen.
Day 04
Have a healthy breakfast at the Lachen’s hotel. Today you will be taking Lachung. Visit the Choptta Valley & Gurudongmar Lake, Next, get to Gurudongmar Lake – the second highest lake in the world, and gaze in wonder at the bewitching landscape before you – emerald blue waters and the snow-capped mountains guarding it. Return to your hotel in the afternoon; check out from the hotel of Lachen. Venture off on an enticing Lachung tour. Reach in Lachung, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Lachen.
Day 05
Have a healthy breakfast at the Lachung’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Lachung. Today you will be taking to Gangtok. Today half day will be excursion to Yumthang Valley -the ‘Valley of Flowers’. While here visit the Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary famous for its sea of wild Rhododendrons. On the way back from the valley, stop by at the Yumthang Hot Spring, which is popular for its medicinal and therapeutic and essence. Post a self-sponsored lunch, set forth on your Gangtok tour. Reach in Gangtok, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.
Day 06
Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Gangtok. Today you will be taking Darjeeling. Reach in Darjeeling, check into the hotel and have some rest. Head to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park and Tenzing Rock. Get to the Tibetan Refugee Centre and gift your lady love priceless Tibetan trinkets. Watch stunning views of the Tea Garden and sip on a cup of piping hot Darjeeling tea. Take a thrilling ride on the Darjeeling Ropeway and check out the extraordinary views of the pretty little town from your cabin (charges extra). Send your tour by paying homage to the divine Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Darjeeling.
Day 07
Have a healthy breakfast at the Darjeeling’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Darjeeling. Today you will be taking back to IXB/NJP/Siliguri for departure with great memories for life.
