Tour Amendment and Cancellation Policy:

At TravelDesky, we understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your car rental or tour booking, kindly inform us in writing at support@traveldesky.in. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written request. Please note that cancellation fees are based on the time left before your scheduled arrival and are as follows:
  • Cancellation 30+ days prior to arrival: 20% of the total tour/service cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour/service cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation 10-15 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total tour/service cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total tour/service cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Note: – Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
